Copied from my FB page because I am far too lazy to retype =u=;;
I've been toying with the idea of updating my fursona for a long time now (probably at least a year, if not more). She's been the same since 7th grade, and after learning all about color theory and such, I wanted a more harmonizing color palette for her design. I still wanted to keep a shade of green eyes, just made them more yellow-y, and I wanted to use my hair color that I've been dying my hair to for the past 3 years or so. Still a work in progress though. I had this specific design idea as I was going to sleep last night (always seem to have the best ideas then, which is strange). I'll probably study some bird wing patterns and do some kind of stripey pattern on them. I need to come up with some kind of neck accessory though, she looks bare ouo;;
For the record, the one on the left was from November 2009. The one on the right was done today, so February 2014. At least my anatomy has improved? xD;
Revamp tiem~ also working on revamping my 'secondary fursona' as well, to have a more harmonizing palette.
